- Guarantee
1.1 The products on AddictionRD have a guarantee, except for perishable products and those referred to in this policy of exchanges, returns and guarantees, identified below. The warranty validity period may vary from one product to another depending on the manufacturer's provisions. For this reason, the user must verify the warranty period of the product they wish to purchase in the product sheet.
1.2 During the validity of the guarantee and if the elements that allow it to be exercised described in the sheet of each product are configured, the customer may request free and satisfactory repair of the original defects or defects of the product. 1.7 Warranty invalidation conditions

2. Exchanges and returns

2.1 Return of orders when delivery could not be made (delivery failure):

2.3 Return of orders that have already been delivered to the customer
